Led by Andrew Cumpsty he is able to bring more than twenty years in experience to deliver for his clients.  Andrew leads the strategic business initiatives of the firm, delivering excellent service directly to his customers, the majority of whom are Chief Exec, Chairman and Board level.

Andrew’s experience spans across several sectors including but not limited to corporate messaging,  media engagement, planning and senior stakeholder engagment.

Before setting up his own business, he served in senior communications roles for McDonalds, Ericsson, 3, Burson Marsteller, Penna and PPS where he lead aspects of policy development, media relations, external relationships and issues management as well as managing teams of PR professionals to execute strategic corporate affairs programs.

Andrew also brings a wide array of experience in the public sector at both the local and national levels. He was the Leader of the Reading Borough Council, tasked with managing the political direction as well as the public exposure for the administration. He also serves as the Chairman and founder of the Enterprise Forum, which acts as a link between the leaders of UK Industry and the Conservative Party Cabinet. Previously he was a member of the CBI’s London Council and is currently Deputy Chairman of the Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership.

Andrew has served the residents of Caversham Ward as their Councillor on Reading Borough Council since his first election in the Spring of 2004.
